If you suffer from carcinophobia, a disorder characterized by the chronic fear of developing cancer, you’re not going to like the warning I am about to share.

I hope this doesn’t spoil your romantic prospects this Holiday Season but new research suggests that sex can cause pre-cancerous changes in cells that may transform into the disease.

The medical community is urging people to take heed of a particular sexual act that can result in this type of cancer. The alert is especially concerning for sexually active retirees.
